1.Terms

1.1 When you purchase Goods and/or Services from this Website you agree to be bound by In-Range Archery Ltd website’s terms and conditions which govern its use.
1.2 The online terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
1.3 In-Range Archery Ltd may vary the online terms and conditions at any time. Your continued use of the website following any variation to the online terms and conditions shall be deemed to be acceptance of any variation.

2. The contract

2.1 Your order constitutes an offer to In-Range Archery Ltd to buy Goods and/or Services. All orders are subject to acceptance by In-Range Archery Ltd and such acceptance will be by way of email confirming payment has been received for the Goods and/or Services (the purchase confirmation). The contract between you and In-Range Archery Ltd will only be formed when you are sent the purchase confirmation.
2.2 The contract will relate only to those Goods and/or Services which have been confirmed in the purchase confirmation.

3. Access

3.1 You will be able to access most areas of this website without registering your details with us. The customer's account section of this website will only open to you if you register. Access is given to this website in accordance with these online terms.
4.2 You warrant that in using In-Range Archery Ltd website and completing the online registration you will not impersonate any other person, use a false name or - without proper authority - act for any other person or organisation.
3.3 While In-Range Archery Ltd endeavours to ensure that this website is normally available 24 hours a day, we will not be liable if for any reason this website is unavailable at any time or for any period.
3.4 Access to this website may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair beyond In-Range Archery Ltd control.

Nothing on this website shall be regarded or taken as financial advice.

5. Fraud

5.1 In-Range Archery Ltd reserves the right to take legal action against anyone committing or attempting to commit online fraud.

6. Price and payment

6.1 Prices and any additional related charges (where applicable) are as published on In-Range Archery Ltd website for the relevant Goods and/or Services on the date of your order.
6.2 Where Value Added Tax (VAT) is chargeable, this will be added and displayed separately at the checkout and on the order summary and receipt at the current prevailing rate. This rate may vary from time to time.
6.3 In-Range Archery Ltd website contains a large number of Goods and/or Services and despite its best efforts there may be occasions where Goods and/or Services may be priced incorrectly. Where this has occurred, we are entitled to cancel your order and issue you with a refund for the amount you have paid, after which you can resubmit your order for the product at the correct price.
6.4 Payment for Goods and/or Services is accepted through major credit and/or debit cards. Your card will be charged directly after your order has been placed but the time taken to process the payment through your account will be dependant on your card supplier.
6.5 In-Range Archery Ltd accepts no liability if a payment is refused or declined by the credit or debit card supplier for any reason.
6.6 In-Range Archery Ltd accepts no liability for any loss or damage, arising directly or indirectly, as a result of a payment being refused or declined.
6.7 Confirmation of your payment will be displayed on screen once it has been authorised and accepted. You will also receive confirmation of the transaction to the email address you have provided.
6.8 We reserve the right to refuse to process payments.
6.9 We may at our sole discretion do such checks as we may deem fit before processing a credit or debit card payment from the user, for security reasons. As part of such checks, we may disclose personal data to third parties for the purpose of carrying out these security checks. In the event that we are not satisfied with the credibility of the user, we will have the right to reject the payment.
6.10 We will not be liable for any damages resulting from our decision not to process a payment made through our Online Payments facility.

7. Delivery

7.1 In-Range Archery Ltd will deliver the Goods to the Delivery Address you gave when you placed the order.
7.2 Your order will usually be shipped within 1-3 working days of the date of purchase, unless a selected product is a Special Order or a Back Order. If there is expected a delay outside of this timeframe we will email or telephone you with the relevant information.
7.3 Please note that orders requiring additional services may take longer to dispatch. e.g. Cutting of arrow shafts or custom made arrows. Custom made arrows are usually dispatched within 2 weeks. (Monday – Friday)
7.4 The risk in the Goods will pass to you as soon as they are delivered to you.

8. Returns

8.1 if you are not happy with your purchase you have the right to return it to us, unused, within 28 days of receipt of purchase.
8.2 First thing to do is to contact us on 01732 886739 or at inrangearcheryuk@gmail.com to discuss the reason as to why you wish/need to return the item. When doing so, please be sure to have the original receipt/invoice number to hand we can then advise you on the best way to return the item(s)
8.3 All authorized returns will be confirmed via email, please do NOT return any items unless you have received the confirmation email.
8.4 We do our best to ensure all items posted by us are packaged in a way to ensure their safe and intact arrival, we ask that you too employ that same approach when returning items to us.
8.5 Anything being returned to us should always be sent via a trackable postage system (e.g. royal mail recorded delivery/tracked courier). For large items it is possible that we can arrange courier collection.
8.6 We do NOT charge a handling/restocking fee for unwanted items.
8.7 Once the items have arrived they will be inspected and any agreed refund will be processed within a few days of receipt.
8.8 Arrows made specifically to your requirements, bowstrings made to order, products that have been sourced and specially ordered in to your request may not always be eligible for refund/return.

9. Data protection policy

9.1 In-Range Archery Ltd does not hold customer credit or debit card details on its Website or any of its data systems. All credit or debit card details are managed by In-Range Archery Ltd’s payment service provider WorldPay, who is compliant with the payment industry’s highest standards for data protection and transaction security.
9.2 Any personal data collated through In-Range Archery Ltd’s website will be treated confidentially and will only be used to process your order.They will also be used for statistical analysis to continually improve the website and its services to you. Personal data will be processed in compliance with the principles of the Data Protection Act 1998.
9.3 Data may be shared with the police, the government or any other legal authority investigating suspected illegal activities if there is an official request.

10. Indemnity

10.1 As a customer you agree to indemnify In-Range Archery Ltd against all claims, damages and expenses arising out of any breach of these online terms and conditions and other liabilities arising out of your use of In-Range Archery Ltd website.

11. Limitation of liability

11.1 In-Range Archery Ltd will not be liable in contract, tort or pre-contract representations (excluding fraudulent or negligent misrepresentations) or otherwise, for any economic losses, loss of goodwill or reputation or special indirect losses incurred by you or any third party arising out of or in connection with these online terms and conditions.

12. Complaints and disputes

12.1 Whilst every effort is made to ensure that every order is completed correctly we may occasionally make an error. If we have made an error on your order, the correct procedure is to first contact us by email or telephone explaining the problem. We treat all complaints seriously and we will always handle any such issues as quickly and professional as possible.
12.2 In case we made a mistake, please let us know within 14 days from the receipt of your order. We will endeavour to reply to your complaints within 3 working days.

13. Damaged Items

13.1 If you receive by courier a damaged parcel, please mark “Damaged” on the delivery note when signing for the parcel. If the parcel is signed for as “in good condition” and the damage has not been recorded, the contents cannot be claimed for and the loss will be at the customer's expense.

14. VAT (Value Added Tax)

14.1 For customers from the European Union, VAT of 20% is payable on all taxable goods.
